Please be aware there could potentially be a 3/6 weeks waiting list due to the volume of orders and time/care that goes into creating your beautiful keepsakes, but please contact me to question waiting time as this can vary. We aim to get your items back to you as quickly as possible.
For bears we advise up to 7/8 items based on 0-3months

Christmas stockings around 4/5 outfits
Blankets – vary on size approx 25 outfits

They’re approximately 11 inches high when sitting, 15 inches standing.
We have the skills to transform almost any garment into a keepsake. But here are a few we recommend that work best: vests, dresses, baby grows, shirts and trousers, knitted items (not too thick and chunky) denim, fleece, jumpers, PJ’s, sports kits, school uniform and more… please contact me for further advice.
We recycle all left overs unless requested otherwise. We will inform you of any unused clothing and it will be returned with your finished keepsake if requested.(please do not intentionally send too many items as this may occur additional postage costs.)
No I do not charge extra for names, DOB, weight and time. I also allow a few small sentences/messages please contact to discuss this.
Please send all clothing in secure waterproof packaging via special delivery or via a courier service eg. UPS. Please ensure you include your contact details and order details (name for bear, dob etc.) in with your clothing (this is very important) we need to know who the clothing belongs to. If you have any special requests please also add notes in with your parcel, for example most important pieces of clothing to use?
Yes, if you live local I am happy for you to drop off/pick up any products you have ordered from us.
Once your item is complete we will inform you it’s been dispatched. All items are sent back to you via Royal Mail or UPS.
Yes, vouchers are available from the value of £10. Vouchers must be used within 12 months of issue date.
Yes, many of my customers send me descriptions/photos of what they would like e.g. a nursery room theme & colour, therefore I will create pillows/blankets/ taggies etc. to meet the theme of the nursery. I advise you to order the style of the item you would like on the website then please contact me straight away with special requests/requirements.
Yes, I welcome all product requests. As all my items are handmade I will do my best to create something to suit your requirements, please contact me sending a description/image of what you would like made and I will give you a quote and do my best to create it for you.
We will accept a cancellation up to 48 hours but please message any time after regarding this, if we have started the process of your order we will be unable to offer a refund due to them being personalised. With regards to keepsake items we accept cancellations for 14 days after ordering if we have not received your clothes. Once we receive your clothes we cannot cancel an order. We cannot offer refunds unless the keepsake is faulty. In the unlikely case that your keepsake is faulty please return to us and we will do our best to put it right.
Please ensure YOU CHECK ALL dates and spelling on your orders! Refunds will not be issued for incorrect dates/spelling supplied. In the event of miss spelling or incorrect dates please contact us we will do our best to rectify, however please be aware an additional fee may apply.
